Abi Miller

Yoga has always been apart of my life. I started taking this journey seriously at the age of 16 and diving deep into researching the different lineages. This passion led me to getting my yoga teachers certification in 2013 at the Seven Centers Yoga Arts in Sedona, AZ. I was taught by many great yogis who had directly trained under Satyananda Saraswati and Yogi Bhajan. It was one of the best choices I have made in my life and I look forward to sharing this knowledge with respect to the sacredness of the practice.
